Paul de Blasi

Paul de Blasi is attorney-at-law and Partner of Deloitte Legal. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2017, Paul worked for an international and one of the largest law firms and a big 4 in Switzerland. He has more than 17 years of experience as a business lawyer, notably in M&A, and is very active in governance and Board of Directors assistance. Paul is the Chairman of his own Family Business and member of the Family Business Network Switzerland and International located in the IMD offices in Lausanne. He specializes in domestic and international M&A transactions, advising buyers and sellers in various areas and also advises clients on Digital law.
